Healthy Breakfast

How many times we had wondered what to eat in the morning? What to eat? How much? Where to eat? Is it too early? and so on.

Just a tip for you:

A healthy breakfast should have some protein and fibre, where:

1) Protein comes from meat, eggs and beans.
2) Fiber is found in whole cereals, grains and fruits.

As long as you have a balanced combination of these esentials in your breakfast menu, you're off to a good start.
