A healthy breakfast should have some protein and fibre, where:
1) Protein comes from meat, eggs and beans.
2) Fiber is found in whole cereals, grains and fruits.
As long as you have a balanced combination of these esentials in your breakfast menu, you're off to a good start.

Lifestyle Today
Today, our lifestyle is build around:
1) Poor Eating Habits (fast food, fried food, oily food, white flour, white sugar, coffee..etc)
2) Environmental Pollutions (water, air, transportation, road, etc)
3) Chemicals (pesticides, preservatives, artificial colouring, MSG, etc)
4) Radiation (computers, handphones, microwave, etc)
5) Stress and Pressure
6) Lack of exercise
As a result, so many toxin entered our body.
So, what is our solution? What should we act upon? What are our choices?
